What is a Podiatrist?

Podiatrists are health professional trained in the assessment, treatment and management of conditions and problems with the feet. They have completed undergraduate degrees at university and are registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). The Podiatrists at Manningham Podiatry regularly attend professional development activities to further their knowledge and keep up to date with advancements in the Podiatry profession.

Do you provide home visits?

At Manningham Podiatry, providing access to quality foot care is a priority. If you live locally and are unable to travel to our clinic we may be able to provide a home visit. Please contact reception on (03) 9850 1004 to discuss with our staff.

Can I claim my visit using my private health cover?

Yes, depending on your level of health cover. Your health fund will be able to let you know if you are covered for Podiatry services. Our HICAPS facility means you are able to claim at the time of your consult and just pay the gap fee.

Is there wheelchair access?

Yes, the entrance is able to be accessed by wheelchairs. There are no stairs. There is space to drop clients off directly at the entrance. Please contact reception on (03) 9850 1004 if you have any queries about access to our clinic.

What are your opening hours?

Monday-Friday 8.00am - 5.30pm

Alternate Saturdays 9.00am-1.00pm

Is there car parking available?

Yes, there is ample 2 hour parking available directly outside the clinic.

What should I bring?

If you have any xrays or scans related to your foot concerns it is always helpful to bring them with you. We also encourage you to bring your usual footwear including your runners.
